2. Data and purposes
Inquiries: we process your name, email, inquiry details and related correspondence to handle your request and discuss cooperation (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for communication on behalf of a company, our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f)). This includes internal handling through email and encrypted messaging. Providing data is voluntary; the form requires your name, email, industry, area of help and message. Company and budget or urgency are optional. Without the required fields we cannot receive the form; you can also contact us by email.
Website operation and security: we process IP addresses, browser and device information, pages and referrers, request times and results, language and technical identifiers to operate the website and prevent misuse. Technical records of inquiries may also include your email and selected inquiry categories. The basis is our legitimate interest in reliable and secure operation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Website measurement: we use pseudonymous data about pages, referrers, campaign parameters, devices, approximate country and website interactions to improve the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Measurement uses IP and browser information to distinguish visits, without storing the IP as a separate measurement field. Heatmaps and recordings of public pages capture clicks, pointer movement, scrolling and changes on the page. Recordings last up to 60 minutes per page. Form entries are masked and security tokens excluded. Data stays on our managed server; no analytics cookies are set.
If cooperation follows, we also process necessary records to meet legal obligations and protect legal claims (Article 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR). We do not use inquiry details for unsolicited marketing or make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
3. Browser storage and form protection
A necessary session cookie protects the form and normally expires when you close the browser. Your appearance preference is stored in the browser until you clear it.
When you use the form, Cloudflare Turnstile processes your IP address and browser and device signals to prevent spam. Our basis is legitimate interest in protecting the form (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). 4. Recipients and transfers abroad
Data is processed by authorized persons and providers of server hosting based in Germany, email services based in the Czech Republic, and encrypted messaging and cloud backup services based in the USA. The form protection provider is Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). We disclose data to public authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Communication, backup and form protection services may involve processing in the USA and other countries outside the EEA. Internal message contents are end-to-end encrypted and backups are encrypted before transfer.

5. Retention
- Access records: approximately 15 days; application and email operation records approximately five weeks.
- Website measurement, heatmaps and page recordings: data older than 14 months is deleted monthly.
- Backups: approximately 14–16 days.
- Abuse prevention records: request times affect the limit for one hour; inactive records may remain until maintenance.
- Inquiries and correspondence: retention is assessed individually according to handling the request, any subsequent cooperation, statutory retention duties and applicable limitation periods for legal claims. Automatic deletion is not configured. We assess deletion requests individually; data is removed when no legal obligation or overriding legitimate reason requires retention.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may request access (including the actual recipients), correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
